WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS SAYING...

Do you know what your customers are saying about your business?

Are you aware of what the online reviews reveal about your business?

Have you considered the impact an online review can have on your business?

Your overall customer’s experience relies heavily on customers, quality and service. Continuous excellence of service and quality leads to customer satisfaction, loyalty and branding.  In turn, customers are more likely to share their prior experience and give accolades about your business. One bad experience can lead to the loss of loyal customers, a great staff and a large profit margin.

Did you know websites such as Yelp, Zagat, and Urbanspoon these are public? Consumers provide their overall experience about “Your Business” based on the type of service you provide in your business establishment? They also have the option of rating “Your Business” in comparison to other businesses similar to yours. Potential customers have the benefit of deciding if they will patronize “Your Business” based on reviews they've read online. Your previous customer’s review could be the deciding factor for the couple visiting from out of town.

As a Small Business Owner, you need: strategies developed and implemented, quality measured, performance tracked and monitored, and processes and procedures established and roll-out. Customers are the life-line of your business as well as your staff and vendors. Communicating the right message at the right time is crucial. The message that you want to convey to every customer, staff member and vendor should be clear and in align with your mission and business plan. Success depends heavily on constantly driving change in order to compete in an ever-changing market of products and services that your business offers.

WELCOMING CHANGE
"No one said it was going to be easy but it's
 going to be alright."

Today, I received a call from a friend
of mines telling me that she received
notice two weeks ago that her job
of 6 years would end this coming
Friday.  Of course, she was calling
looking for some type of reassurance.
You know that feeling we all get when
something in our lives change and we
call that friend who has gone through
a similar situation, to our own.
Sometimes you just need someone
to tell you "it's going to be alright."
It's that moment you may say my friend
hasn't worked a job in years and she
seems okay or is she really okay? HA!!!

She is alright and so are YOU, too!

As the saying goes, "Nothing stays the
same, it only last for a season."  Some
of our seasons are longer than others
but it doesn't matter how short or great it is.  What's evident is "change" will come. What matters
most is how you decide to deal with it when it comes.  See it as the glass being half full;
instead of half empty.  When you see things from this point of view, it changes your prospective.
Your outlook on the situation is now positive.  We have to learn to see change as a force or cause
in our lives for the better.  If things stayed the same we would become stagnant in our lives.
The Universe doesn't want us to become stagnant.  Once you've mastered a job, skill,
relationship or whatever it maybe in life the Universe has a way giving us something new to
master or experience.

As for my friend my words to her were to:
Give thanks for the many years of great service you've provided to that employer. Be
thankful for the unemployment that you've earned, no matter how small.  Life challenges,
teaches us how to become more creative and resourceful when our income is affected.
Start by cutting out a few things that you can do without.  For instance, visits to the nail shop
or the hair salon or the cleaners.  In an effort to save a few dollars learn to do a few of these
things yourself.  Monitor your spending and cut down on the urge to splurge.

When you learn to be thankful for what you have and welcome change the Universe has a way
of rewarding you with more.  Use this time to go over your life’s plan, figure out what you
are passionate about, go back to school, start a business or join a gym to lose weight.
When Monday morning rolls around take pleasure in knowing you have the option of sleeping
in late.  After all, you don't have a job!

Stop complaining and give some thanks for the opportunities that are coming your way. We
as humans always tend to look at what's happening to us as a form of punishment or as the end
of good era. Don't see it as something bad happening to you but something happening for you.
The Universe is trying to reward you with your heart desires just waiting for you to respond.
Change is good!  From it one becomes much wiser, humbled and is stronger in his/her faith.
